One of the things I love about WrestleMania besides having quality matches is quantity.This card is stacked and there are still some more matches to come.I swear WrestleMania is an event ALL wrestling fans must experience regardless of what company you're a fan of.Hell you can ignore the WWE all year but come WrestleMania time your eyes are glued.Like mine.I finally gave up on WWE back in September but it didn't take long 'til I was watching again.Only 'cause WrestleMania though.See my original plan was to ignore WWE all year long until after TLC every year and watch WWE headin up until WrestleMania.But I'm going to give my baby a chance and see if they can keep me even after WrestleMania.WWE is like an ex girlfriend I've been with for over 15 years (I'm 20 and that's how long I've been watching it.) who I desperately wanna work things out with but I feel like I don't even know who she (WWE) is anymore.Too much information?LOL.It's a metaphor.But anyway only time will tell.

Hart-McMahon: Hart via sharpshooter
HHH-Sheamus: HHH via pedigree
MITB: Jack Swagger
Tag Titles: Show-Miz retain
Michaels-Taker: Taker (hardest one to call)
WWE Title: Batista (so Orton has someone to fued with)
World Title: Edge (so a face can win the last match)

The problem I have with WM 26 is that it looks very predictable. The card appears solid but it needs something a little extra to give it some umph if I'm to pay out for Sky Box Office.
Hart/McMahon seems exciting but it's going to be limited.
Trips/Sheamus is just a way of getting those two on the card.
MitB will more than likely deliver but bar Christian and Ziggler none sem a legitimate World/WWE title holder, I reckon the winner will be the first to lose when they cash in.
Tag Match has potential if it's carried by Morrison and Miz.
WWE title is terrible, either Cena wins or Cena loses and then wins at the next PPV, horrible predictable merchandise machine Cena.
Edge will win hands down as he needs the win.
And HBK/Undertakier will be terrible because no-matter the outcome I won't be happy. If this was a straight re-match or a World Title match I'd be ok but I don't want to see HBK retire or the Undertaker lose his streak.

Perhaps make the tag match a fatal fourway with Priceless and Orton/Kofi?

haha, i remember back at survivor series, when kofi pinned punk and orton in seconds, some fans predicted that he might win the royal rumble or the mitb. and now few months later hes not even on the 'mania card.

I call Drew Mcintyre interferance in the MITB to win it.. Even though he is not a part of it.. One the other hand, WMXXVI compared to WMX-7:
Jericho/Regal vs Punk/Rey
APA/RTC vs Showmiz/Mortruth
Kane/Raven/Big vs Orton/Cody/Ted
Eddie/Test vs HHH/Shamus
Chyna/Ivory vs Phoenix/Mccool/James?
TLC 3 vs MITB VI
Shane/Vince vs Bret/Vince
Taker/HHH vs Taker/HBK
Benoit/Angle vs Edge/Jericho
Rock/Austin vs Batista/Cena
On paper WM26 has a HUUUUGE potential! All the matches can be just as good as the matches from WM X-7. Except for Rock/Austin of course! And it will indeed be though for Jericho/Edge to beat Angle/Benoit, but stranger things have happened.
My expectations are huge for this years mania.. Just compare this card to the 5 previous wrestlemanias and you know what i am talking about!

I think that after we saw Kofi Kingston get involved in McMahon's match on Monday, we may see him have to go up against Vince's boy - Drew McIntyre.
Also, I think that Orton is going to get some legend to join him to take on Legacy. The best choice would be Ted Dibiase Sr or Dusty Rhodes from a storyline perspective.

i would have pegged Kofi and John Morrison as the favorites to win MITB this year but now Morrison is in the random pairing tag title match and Kofi will probably end up tagging with his old enemy Orton. Bizarre! Why not, with Bret coming back give the Hart Legacy a face turn and the rub by having them win and face Show Miz. These are the only weird booking decisions in what is a stacked WM card. In the MITB does that make Christian the favorite?

3) Orton/Kofi vs Legacy (I've actually thought this for a few weeks now)
Now all of the upper carders have something to do in matches that should deliver (well except for the Diva's crap)!

Wonder how they'll do it because Wrestlemania 22 had the same amount of matches and they screwed up the world title match but WM X-7 had 11 matches and made them all work

They need to add Punk vs Mysterio and maybe Kofi vs Drew (In a Raw vs Smackdown Match like they have at EVERY Mania) and the card is complete!
If they save the Divas crap for the preshow (which will become a DVD Exclusive "Match") and you have the best WM since X-Seven!

Good call, stacking up the two cards side by side. It will be hard for them to screw up this PPV (although like you said, stranger things have happened..), and I have high expectations as well.

The fact that MITB has all mid-carders makes it that much harder to predict. I do see McIntyre pulling an Edge-at-No-Way-Out-2009 and destroying someone (probably Ziggler or Hardy, poor guys) and taking their spots. He won't win though. I have a terrible feeling they will give it to Kane... please God don't let that happen.
Replace Kane with Kofi and that's a hell of a MITB. Poor Kofi.
For Cena/Batista, since Batista is constantly getting the upper hand, I see this match closing the show with Cena winning. He's the face of the comany and the posterboy all the kiddies and ladies want to see.
Personally, I close the show on HBK/Taker since that is hands down the best match on the card. WWE won't though, since there is no belt involved.

My prediction? PAIN.
1. C.M. Punk defeats Rey Mysterio (Punk needs the win more)
2. MITB VI: The only viable main event possibilities out of this group are Christian, MVP, Kane and Swagger. Right now, I'm leaning towards Swagger, although I wouldn't be surprised with an MVP win and subsequent heel turn.
3. Divas' Title: Beth Phoenix defeats Michelle McCool (new champion)
4. Sheamus defeats HHH (clean, with no interference).
5. Bret Hart defeats Vince McMahon (via Sharpshooter in a very short match)
6. World Title: Chris Jericho defeats Edge (the build for this match has been way too one-sided; I'm going to call for the upset via some nefarious heelery that still makes Edge look strong in the process).
7. Unified Tag Team Titles: ShowMiz defeat Truth and Wisdom
8. Randy Orton and Kofi Kingston defeat Legacy
9. The Undertaker defeats Shawn Michaels (via HHH interference and heel turn- we all know it's coming. Shawn will do a stretcher job after HHH beats him down with a sledgehammer after the match. HBK's "retirement" will last until January.)
10. John Cena defeats Batista (new champion- to send the crowd home happy).
