Oh, good. Will Forte and Kristen Wiig. Two of the all time worst parts of Saturday Night Live promoting the most overrated SNL skits.

Damn, still no Lady GaGa

"The cast of hot tub time machine" ??????

WTF ???

The sad thing is, it'll still get a higher rating than Impact, but then that's probably down to the WWE marks being idiots ..

wow, McGruber looks bad.

It will either go in the way of "night at the roxbury" as a failure or...

It could go the way of "anchorman", and be successful

I vote in the way of failure.

Looks stupid funny--I'm guessing its for the kids, but I always wanted to see a movie making fun of McGyver so this might work.

Posted By: Alfredo Lara Jr. (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 01:48 PM

That looks funny, but for all the wrong reasons

Kristen Wiig is way hot.

I am sure Val is happy where is career ended up, a SNL short with a bunch or wrestlers turned into a movie. Good luck stretching 10 sec of humor into a movie

They should have Will Ferell host as a 70s wrestling promoter

Posted By: Guest#4873 (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 02:39 PM

My guest host wish list:
Ultimate Warrior

Ready to Rumble cast wrestlers because well, it was a wrestling movie. Wrestlers are in this movie because they needed big looking dudes and WWE Studios probably offered them up. Then again, Wrestlemania's probably going to be just the same as Destination X. Just a bunch of wrestlers.

Posted By: Gozzo (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 02:44 PM

Well I know of two of them and even one of those (Hasslehof) is scraping the bottom of the barrel. I would call for more retired wrestlers to host, but as most of them now wrestle again in TNA there aren't that many left!

Posted By: Fenris (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 03:13 PM

Pete Rose better get a choke slam from Kane.

Nice. Only took 2 posts in to have the too cool for the room guy make an appearance.

Kristen Wiig is probably one of the more talented (and hot) female players the show has ever had.

Posted By: Brad B (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 03:34 PM

Will Forte's okay but he couldn't hold Ferrell's jockstrap.

Yay for Phillippe! He was one of my fav actors back in the day and I think his talents are severly underrated.

Riiiiiiiiight. Because anybody and everybody who doesn't watch the same thing you do is automatically an idiot, huh?

How childish can you get?

that movie, goodness, the epitome of trash, i saw the trailer in the theaters, its not funny.

You know who should host the draft?

Conan O'Brien.

Posted By: Ramsey (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 04:18 PM

In case you marks haven't noticed, the guest hosts and much less involved than they were at the beginning. They have a couple short backstage segments and maybe something quick in the ring. Most times they don't even show up until 30-40 minutes into the show and they don't really affect the main storylines anymore.

Posted By: Brad (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 04:23 PM

Just end this thing already

If by best you mean plays 20 variations of the same character diminishing the effectiveness of all of them, then sure, she's the best thing to happen to SNL in a long time.

Posted By: Really?? (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 04:35 PM

we all need to quit bitching about the geust hosts here and go to the corporate website and it there.

Posted By: Guest#6288 (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 04:41 PM

No McGruff the crime dog, or Mark Harmon?

They better get Mark Harmon and then have the WWE writing team write a sketch where Gibbs meets Mr. Shoop? I swear they will spike the ratings if they do that.

Posted By: fg76 (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 05:28 PM

All the guest hosts (non wrestlers) are cut off at the balls anyway... they do the same generic stuff.. "silly backstage segment with Santino/Hornswoggle" then come out and make a big announcement about the main event. Also with the PG thing they are virtually all limited to acting fan friendly and cliched.

The only ones I've liked so far have been Ted Dibiase, Dusty and Jesse Ventura.. coincidence they are all wrestlers? No.

Time to get a real GM... give it to Ted Dibiase. I'd preder Jesse Ventura but I doubt he has the time.

Raw needs to be guest hosted by Nigella Lawson or Christina Hendricks for me to stay glued to USA on Monday nights. If they're busy, get Trish Stratus again and promise to promote the hell out of her yoga studio if she strips down to her bra and panties.

Posted By: Zingy (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 06:22 PM

1) Wiig is one of the best things to be on SNL in YEARS. Funny and has no shame.

2) "The cast of Hot Tub Time Machine" should be rephrased. "The cast of Hot Tub Time Machine less John Cusack, who expects to still have a career in 6 months".

Didn't know that TNA was a show for the high-brow type

The early reviews are boasting MacGruber as the best SNL movie since Wayne's World, so let's just wait and see...

Future guest hosts should include:
1. Verne Gagne
2. Fake Undertaker from '94
3. Steve Blackman
4. SpongeBob Squarepants
5. Bruno Sammartino
6. Honky Tonk Man!

SCSA--Awesome, the rest of the list is shit. Thanks Vince. I can just Vince's future hosts now

Jericho>tna
Miz>tna
CM Punk>tna
Edge>tna
Randy Orton>tna

The only TnA guys I would want to see in WWE are Kurt Angle, AJ Styles,Desmond Wolfe, MCMG.
That's it. Pope tries too hard to be The Rock it's almost as bad as WCW Booker T. They can keep Slo-moa Joe and all the rest of the strung-out geriatrics. Vince is way more entertaining then Bitch-off and Hogan

I thought this would end with Wrestlemania.

Smackdown will continue to be the best wrestling show for another year.

> * March 29th: The cast of Hot Tub Time Machine

Does that mean that they're going to get John Cusak as one of the hosts? That would be seriously strange to see him doing something like that.

Posted By: Guest (Guest)  on March 10, 2010 at 11:20 PM

Ok WWE we get it! The WWE Universe is ready to abandon you! I myself have been a WWE fan for over 15 years and I find myself less and less intrigued by there "Guest Host"...and if it weren't for The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels I would not even order Mania 26! TNA has the talent but no real storylines I agree that NXT is now "The good ol' wresltin' show"! But c'mon RAW should be getting avg 4.0 ratings but Vince has destroyed the wrestling industry. So 1 more time for old times sake...People watch TNA get the ratings to rise...We all want "THE MONDAY NIGHT WARS II". Thats my Jam....Rock On!!
