Dixie Carter is such a dumb bitch. It's always "went here with Hogan... Hogan says this..." - she is the biggest Hogan mark going. Shame he stop being relevant or a draw about 8 years ago after his epic failure final WWE title reign.

"To maximize viewership, iMPACT! will air on Spike from 8-10pm ET on 4/5 as to not conflict w/NCAA Men's bball finals on CBS. PLS RT"

Translation: "We're getting our asses handed to us under normal circumstances, we needed to do this to avoid being put on life support."

"not conflict w/NCAA Men's bball finals on CBS. PLS RT"

Seriously? that an insult to the fans intelligence

Yeah, the NCAA game is who they are worried about competing against.

it should say" to not clash with ncaa tourney and only a fraction of raw instead of the whole show"

"...as to not conflict w/NCAA Men's bball finals on CBS."

Don't you mean, so that you don't get slaughtered, again, in the H2H ratings against Raw?

Dixie...Dixie...Dixie.

Great move Dixie, pretty soon TNA will get booted off of Spike!
Did the Hulkster fart during dinner while you drank his Coolade?

Posted By: Pauly (Guest)  on March 25, 2010 at 04:45 PM

Dixie you did it again you genius! TNA is taking over the 8pm time slot forever! Just a matter of time when we sell the company to WWE and you kiss Vince McMahons ass!

Posted By: Ronnie (Guest)  on March 25, 2010 at 04:49 PM

Is that just for the tournament and not a permanent thing? No joke intended just curious to see if they are going to keep it there and really try to maximize viewers ?

Can someone please tell me why hasn't Spike cancelled Impact yet?

TNA sucks!

To maximize viewership, iMPACT! will air on Spike from 8-10pm ET on any night the WWE does not offer programming and this has nothing to do w/NCAA Men's bball finals on CBS. PLS RT

Fixed.

Translation: Our ratings are tanking beyond all expectations and this is our last ditch effort to pull some viewers, or it's back to Thursday nights.

Maximise viewers? That's a joke. No one takes this dumb heffer seriously.

Really? What are they going to do when Monday Night Football returns?

Posted By: Tim Haught (Guest)  on March 25, 2010 at 05:26 PM

That's the funniest bullshit Dixie has ever slung. You're changing your time because of BASKETBALL? Try getting shallacked in the ratings and trying to recover that allusive "1.0" target you one aspired to...

Posted By: Jay Evans (Guest)  on March 25, 2010 at 05:29 PM

This new time slot is not going to help TNA beat WWE in the ratings.

Yeah NCAA not WWE Yeah right. As the greatest thing to grace the ring Miz would say REALLY? REALLY?

Dixie Carter is even more irritating on her Twitter than she is in real life. She behaves like she's a teenager. If WWE bought out TNA, Vince would make her his personal whore for a while, symbolically meaning that she doesn't mean shit to him.

Posted By: Guest#0904 (Guest)  on March 25, 2010 at 06:23 PM

Calling Dixie carter a "dumb bitch" really makes me want to watch TNA more. You must be Vince's "dumb bitch"...

You know what I don't get? Why so many people on this site are just begging for TNA to fold. It makes ZERO sense. If you don't like it, don't watch it. If you like it, watch it. But even if you don't like it, push for it to get better as it will only make WWE have to improve.

But hating TNA and wanting it to fold is just retarded behavior by a bunch of WWE fanboys who think hating TNA is the cool thing to do. But what else would you expect from a group of tools that refer to themselves as "IWC" as if that carries importance.

Sounds like her view of the world of wrestling sniffing EB and Hogan's ass on permanent mode. These two bit ideas of hers is going to land TNA in the dumpster and all the good young talent will be looking for jobs soon, keep up the good job Dixie!

Remember when WCW would always work their schedule around basketball?

Brings back memories.

if tna tired to move permanently to 8 pm, wwe and usa would just expand raw to 3 hours and dominate them.

there is no way that usa and wwe would allow spike to run tna for an unopposed hour on mondays and grow ratings at wwe and usa net's expense.

They aren't getting their asses handed to them they lost the .24 viewers that were originally Raw fans who are watching Raw on Monday's and not TNA. It would be naive to believe none of the original Thursday Impact viewers weren't more inclined to watch RAW if they had to choose.

Have you actually seen Impact since Hogan took over? It's an embarrassing trainwreck. TNA look like a bunch of hypocrites. They want to be this alternative/wrestling-focused product, but have ended up having EVEN LESS wrestling than RAW on Monday's. Believe me, I tried to support TNA but with the crap they've pulled in this Hogan era, they deserve such poor ratings. It should teach that woman a lesson.

Want to know why? Because a feeble minded lady called Dixie Carter is sitting around silently, giving both Bischoff and Hogan as much freedom as possible to turn her company into a joke. She was going in the right direction last summer, until she signed Hogan.

Hogan has NOT drawn shit since they moved to Monday's permanently. The whole product is suffering because the roster is too crowded and there are people (like the old farts who should get lost already) who are taking away time from youngsters, the X-division, Knockouts division, etc...stuff which actually made TNA special.

Dixie Carter is a joke. She reinforces the stereotype that women are crap at business. She's letting herself be exploited by BiscHogan as they're using TNA to stroke their egos. She said TNA was going to "make history". How can you do that by digging out the old relics of history who should retired by now? She thinks she's the shit by using her Twitter like a stupid teen.

The truth is they're scared of competition. They want TNA to fold because they have this thought in the back of their head that TNA is going to outdo WWE sooner or later and they just can't have that. There are some that claim they hate TNA so much but whenever something is posted about it. They're quick to check and see whats going on with them. Some even look up videos just to bash them. That part just doesn't make sense to me

Hogan and Bischoff may be the death of TNA. Sounds familiar right? Hogans role in WWE in 02-03 was perfect because he wasn't the whole show. He wrestled and fans loved it but he didn't hog the spotlight. It is borderline retarded that they have not learned from their mistakes in WCW.

Anyone else see the irony in Russo writing a book when he hasn't been able to write anything digestible in over a decade?

Hmmm, you've called her a bitch, a heffer, and every other disparaging name under the sun. Care to make yourselves look any dumber than you are now.

A few things to make note of. She mentions CBS outright, giving reference to the parent network of Spike TV. Something tells me this has a little more to do with Spike TV making that call then it does TNA ducking Raw. Secondly, the move is for one night only, so clearly its not part of the network agenda to duck Raw either or else they would just move the show to 8pm (I personally think that would be a smart move). Third, the NCAA finals is a big friggin deal and I'm pretty certain that a good chunk of their key demos will be fixated on that game.

But not to fret WWEtards, Raw will still pull in a good rating, cus after all, it's catered to 10 year olds. I don't know why Vince doesn't just move that show to 3pm to maximize on his audience.

I think I'll try to explain the TNA-hate.

If you've been on this site before, Larry Csonka put out an article on why he dislikes TNA.

Basically, it is due to the fact that it's been close to 8 years now, and they still have managed to mismange GOOD talent, bury the roster with wrestlers who AREN'T relevent, and hasn't been since the late 90's (Some would say late 80's to early 90's).

You add into the fact people have given TNA chance-after-chance (me DEFINATELY), to show up as an ACTUAL alternate to the crapfest (Except for the build to WM and SOME SummerSlams) that the WWE has been in for a WHILE.

I don't fall in the boat of a WWE "mark", per-se, but I share this opinion that TNA has "let me down" when I look at the years between 2005-2007 and think "Damn! If only TNA ACTUALLY kept this up, it would be AWESOME", but instead, they've made stupid move, after stupid move, and now I'm part of the disenfranchised people, who would LOVE to see TNA explode onto the scene, but feels like it's not going to happen.

That's why there's TNA hate. 8 years of thinking that they'll actually dislodge their collective head's out their rears, only to find out that ANY faith in their product is becoming feutile.

Does that answer it?

Lots of exciting things going on. What a lot of rot.

Posted By: Guest#9040 (Guest)  on March 26, 2010 at 07:04 AM

The same people that want TNA to fold are the very ones that hated WWE a few years ago and desperately wanted an alternative.

The IWC is fickle and stupid, and constantly looking for something to hate instead of something to enjoy. Your lives will be better off if you just skip reading the comments section most of the time.
