4 former WWE stars fighting for the TNA title. Former ECW stars possibly burying the the TNA originals and old farts in the limelight. I say no thanks. I don't know what the whole Night of Champions card is yet but so far I am not entirely impressed by that card either. Looks like this will be an underwhelming month as far as PPVs go.

Anderson/Pope and the tag title match look good but all of those ECW guys are really holding the card down. I don't care for talented guys being forced to slum it with garbage rasslers.

Honestly, that's looks like a fucking terrible show. Who actually pays money to watch this shit? You have to feel sorry for Joe, that's a no-hope spot to be given. I wouldn't be surprised if he eventually left TNA. At least then they can make way for some more ex-wwe wrestlers, since that's all they seem to care about. London Brawling? Have these guys even had a match yet? Why do they get a world tag title shot? FUCK TNA.

The whole "former WWE talent" is getting SO ignorant... It's just funny.

When is Samoa Joe going to quit this company? Before Russo came in, he was the best booked wrestler in the company. Once Russo steped in the door, he's become the worst booked wrestler in the company. It has been shown that Joe draws more than any wrestler on PPVS, yet they either put him in mid-card matches or keep him off the card. It's absurd, and I don't care he won the belt. His credibility was not enough close to what is was when he won it because the way they booked him, and because they put the title on him a year late. And what did he do in that title run? He won matches as a babyface by interference or some other back-door booking cop-out. No? Okay, Joe won the KOTM because of Nash. Joe got Dqued against Booker T, then Sting buried him, and I don't use the word "bury" much at all, but that was a burial. At Hardjustice, he beat Booker T because the lights went out because of Jeff Jarrett, then he won at No Surrender because of Jeff Jarret. And lost at BFG against Sting because Nash turned on him.
Ever since then, he's done virtually nothing. He joined MEM for, well... money. He had to job to Bobby Lashley... and where is Bobby now? And because he jobbed to Lashley, I guess that meant he could get a title shot because apparently Lashley meant more than the title, and he lost but didn't get pinned. But he ended up losing to AJ Styles, leading to him eventually being kidnaped with no follow up.
And he gets suspended because he makes a good point in the time-limit countdown was a give-a-way on the finish.
But everyone knows, especially Jim Cornette, that Vince Russo doesn't listen to anyone that's below him. It's his way, but if something goes wrong, it's someone elses fault. It's the story of his life.

1. He used his "Fiest or Fired" case.
2. It's not Russo's fault. Feuding with your indy friends is 1 thing. Feuding with Booker/Jarret/Sting is... Well, let's say unique. They are going to use their stroke eventually. This is pro wrestling my friend. People burying people was alive and well in pro wrestling since day 1. Long before Russo came in.
Blaming Russo is the saddest thing in this case.

This is why I hate TNA almost all of those matches contain guys who are projected as main eventers. Theres no order in the card and no difference between one wrestler to the next, they all seem like they could be the next World champ whenever TNA feels like it. WWE actually has uppercarders(Orton,Cena,Undertaker) upper-midcarders(Miz, CM Punk, Swagger) Midcarders (Kofi, Ziggler, Morrison) and so on and so forth. I dare you to try and break the TNA roster down like that. DARE YOU!

Its a way better card than Night of Chumps.. er, Champions. However, due to the excessive use of Extremely Crappy Wrestlers I have to once again deny purchasing this.

Funny, because that's exactly what I HATE about WWE and its the exact reason why the main event scene in WWE seems so repetitive and stagnant. WWE has one helluva roster but their guys are deliberately held down and the only way one can elevate is by being picked out of hat rigged by Triple H. MVP, John Morrison, Christian and Kofi Kingston should have at least had a cup of cofee in the main event. But WWE keeps these great talents in the midcard no matter how over they get.

Yes, they're former WWE stars. Problem?
And if you actually believe an ECW guy will win a title, you have a problem.
