- Northeast Wrestling has announced their card for their October 1st event, which takes place at the Crosby High School, and is a benefit for the local PAL. Here is the card…
* Bryan Danielson vs. Shelton Benjamin
* Mickie James vs. Amazing Kong
* Tommy Dreamer vs. Ron Zombie
* Carlito vs. Rob Eckos (TNA signing Robby G)
* NEW Champion Matt Taven defending his title.
* Waterbury Police Officer Mike Tripp and a partner vs. Brian Anthony and Bull Dredd in Tripp's debut.
* Special Appearance by WWE Hall of Famer George "The Animal" Steele plus Cedric Alexander, Joey Bricco, Jake Manning and more.

Wow, thats a dream match. Both are great technical wrestlers. My favorite of the Danielson matches is still vs. Yamato however.

I wish that could have happened for the IC or US belt in WWE. At least that way, I could see it in it's entirety and in focus instead of a youtube video from someone's phone.

LOL - looks like everything the anti-indy guys said about high school gyms was right after all. This just proves how Daniel Bryan isn't a draw and never will be.

That's a good point, Guest#2075. No one in the WWE has ever wrestled in a high school before.
