December 8, 2010 | Posted by Larry Csonka

– Jeff Hardy is scheduled to go to court today in Moore County, North Carolina. This is in regards to his drug charges from some time ago.

– Samoa Joe and TNA are still in negotiations, but at this time, he is free and clear from all contractual obligations. He is available for the tapings this week if they want to use him.

– Many backstage are putting over Mickie James and Tara for working hurt this week. As previously reported, Tara suffered a ligament in her elbow. Mickie tweaked her knee at Monday’s tapings.

– Members of the Jersey All Pro Wrestling management are at the Impact tapings this week for a visit. TNA and JAPW work together, as JAPW promotes the TNA shows when they run in New Jersey. Jay Lethal came up through JAPW, training at their wrestling school.

– On Thursday’s Impact, Jeff Jarrett will begin running an open challenge, where he challenges members from the crowd to “make him tap,” and of they do, he will pay them. While they were using plants, the live crowd in Orlando bought it as a shoot and security had their hands full trying to keep fans from hopping the rail so they could get a shot at the money.
