More Details About Jeff Hardy's Drug Case

In-patient treatment may be required...
The Pilot, based in North Carolina has a story about the drug charges that Jeff Hardy is facing.
The case continued on Wednesday when Jeff's lawyer, Jim Van Camp, asked for time to have a drug treatment assessment conducted. He said that this was an option under consideration and Hardy had not yet been assessed as needing treatment.
The district administrator for the 19-B Judicial District Sentencing Services Program, Becky Carlson, has just become involved with the case.
She said to the paper, "I've just started to work with Mr. Hardy within the past month I have to have time to formulate my plan, do a background assessment and put a treatment plan in place."
When asked how much treatment is needed for Hardy, Carlson responded, "Twenty-eight days," and said she should have completed her assessment by June.
Jeff Hardy is a gone case. What more can anyone do to help this guy?
Even Chyna has a better chance to clean up than he does.

Seems like a last-ditch attempt to keep Hardy out of jail. You figure, if the attorney was worth a damn, he'd have recommended this over a year ago.

Hate to burst your bubble there Slappy....but Chyna IS cleaning up. She's currently taking more college courses so she can teach English to Japanese kids. But then again a jerkoff like you probably wouldnt know that, because it requires more than 2 active brain cells. Smoke another bowl assmaster.

You are wrong, an attorney has a job to work in the best interest of their client. Jeff's best interest is staying out of jail as long as possible so he can make a living. So continuing the trial for as long as possible until being forced into other means (DSSP assessment) is really doing Jeff a great duty. God forbid if anything bad ever happens to me in NC I plan on hiring JVC. And you do know that!!!!
