Orton's going to TNA?

Posted By: Troll (Guest)  on June 17, 2011 at 01:31 PM

If he makes it through a month's worth of Impact without getting sick, he won't be allowed to wrestle.

Posted By: deadpoetic (Guest)  on June 17, 2011 at 01:39 PM

Randy kinda has to wrestle . . I just checked the Smackdown roster and he's really the only top face. Then I checked Raw and there's no other top face that isn't involved in a match yet.

If Orton can't compete, then I guess they'll either put Daniel Bryan in there for a solid match, or maybe even Zack Ryder who had some good matches with Christian in the past. Or they can break glass in case of emergency and bring back Triple H for a night.

Injured or not, he better wrestle this Sunday.

I think I might have a concussion too because I actually watched all of Impact last night but can't seem to remember a thing about it....

I think Orton just left us a little hint.
He will be huge on IMPACT wrestling, how much longer til his WWE contract is up? It's only a matter of time now.

Randy Orton will act in drama (since they aren't wrestlin)this ppv,you have to be retarded to think he isn't.1st if all its probly just a fake injury to give orton sum so called extra support this sunday. And if it isn't either way WWE will force Orton to act. wwe is in trouble at the time with stocks and ppv's at a low,do u really think they are gonna let Orton rest?pfffft. Isnt Cena acting with injuries? Well it's gonna be Randall Keith as well, welcome to slave workin world of wwe. Oh yea the money and traveling is worth it all I forgot. hahaha

Likely substitutes: Sheamus, Kane, maybe Booker.

If it wasn't a PPV, I'd suggest a beatdown of Edge.

Of course the WWE is going to let him wrestle. The WWE doesn't care about the health of its employees.

The WWE is evil.

YEAH! He just HAS to wrestle! What's possibly DYING in the ring or turning into a drooling idiot at age 35 compared to the state of fucking SMACKDOWN?!?!? Where are Randy's PRIORITIES? :::rolls eyes:::

"Injured or not, he better wrestle this Sunday."

Yeah... because we all know that risking permanent brain injury to a fairly young man is a very small price to pay to entertain you. Idiot...

Impact Testing: Concussions Matter Here!

Will a concussion put a dent in the amount of gymbags he can shit in?

Orton better wrestle this Sunday. He'll go to the papers if he has to.

Umm...you dorks do realise this is part of a storyline right? And Mallard, shit the fuck up and go back to scrubbing your Moms underwear.

Christian cleanly defeats Orton's substitute, Triple H, for the world title...

Maybe I need an Impact test too?

Posted By: Guest#8916 (Guest)  on June 17, 2011 at 04:14 PM

I love how almost everyone commenting assumes that this is a legit injury. He's been "hit in the head" with a championship belt several weeks in a row and now has a "concussion."

Shawn Michaels suffered from "post concussion syndrome" during a match with Owen Hart back in 1995. Guess what? That was fake...part of a storyline. Wrestling is, for the most part staged, and WWE has told us people have been seriously injured in the past when they actually weren't.

Is it possible that Orton actually has a concussion? Sure, but it's just as likely that they are playing up an angle. It's pro-wrestling people, just because they tell you something is real doesn't mean it is.

By the way, Obama didn't actually hold press conferences about Capitol Punishment, just in case you thought those were real too.

Get it through your head, fans' entertainment is more important than wrestlers' health. Always has been, always will be.

I'm all for protecting wrestlers so you misunderstood my post. What I meant is that WWE is out of options for their Smackdown main event as far as top faces go. They don't have a back-up plan ready like they did when Edge retired. The only three things they can do is bring in a midcarder, bring in Triple H or turn one of the top heels face and hope the crowd will still get behind him quick.

Posted By: Guest#6454 (Guest)  on June 17, 2011 at 05:27 PM

Hope he's out for a long, long time. With him & HHH gone, I'll be a happier camper. Now if we can also get rid of: Kane, Cena, Alberto, Zigler, & all the other boring suckfests that make me fast forward the DVR or change the channel.

If Orton can't wrestle Sunday, I say we vacate the title and make it Christian and Sheamus for the title.

Christian wins the title and on Smackdown, Teddy Long gives Orton a title match and has Orton win it back. Sorta like Christian's last title reign.

Vince: BRILLIANT!!

UFC is terrible.

Posted By: Guest#2486 (Guest)  on June 17, 2011 at 10:08 PM

It isn't a work. Orton legitimately recieved a concussion on the overseas tour, it didn't have anything to do with Christian. They just used the storyline to justify him not wrestling for a week.

Posted By: login (Guest)  on June 17, 2011 at 10:22 PM

Why are people acting as if it's the concussion that prevents RKOverrated from being able to wrestle, instead of his own utter lack of talent?
