And this is the guy TNA wants to return as a GOOD guy? You can candy coat it all you want and say someone has "demons" but the fact is he is a junkie. A waste of life. I hope to see him tossed in jail for at least 10 years.

And 3 days after that, this case will be 3 years old.

You're an idiot. He was still employed by WWE when the things he's being charged with occurred.

I have to say that "trafficking by possession" and "possession with intent to sell" are bullshit chicken shit crimes that just keep drug users in prison longer at tax payer expense. This is just some well to do guy with lots of drugs that he was going to use. To pigin hole it into trafficking or some sort of fake intent to distribute is ridiculous. I guess the problem with boxing up this case is he will go down on the simple possession which (at least here in Ohio) carries at least 12 months depending on the amount. I just hate when conservative law makers say something is something it is not by definition. Trafficking means selling or distributing not possessing. Current monthly income means what you made last month not a six month average. Value means what something is worth not what it cost new. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence means being actually under the influence or impaired, not having a drug metabolite in your system; and it goes on and on; and the prisons get fuller and fuller; and we won't tax the rich to pay for it, etc., etc. Tough on crime, weak on intelligence and common sense.

It's obvious by your post you know nothing about addiction. It's really interesting - you should learn about it.

just get sentenced you junkie stuntman!

If Hardy spends anytime in prison at all, it will be a very short time. The lawyers, court system will all be bought off. Money talks so much.

How are they redundant? They are all separate and distinct charges.

Let's try and extrapolate the reason for the charges based on what we know...

Consipracy reqiures two or more people

Trafficing by possession can be as simple as actually carrying an opiate (hydrocodone, oxycodone, oxycontin, morpine, codine) without a prescription

Possession with the intent to sell or deliver can be as simple as not carrying the opiate(s) in a prescription bottle

and Felony possession of cocaine is...well...felony possession. That said, it could be 5 year old residue (but VERY unlikely.)

Now, the story that was reported ON THIS VERY SITE is that Jeff was out, got busted with the first 3 charges, and the felony possession came after a search warrant.

So Jeff could, in theory, be guilty of nothing more than being out with his (then) girlfriend, with oxycodone for his own legit use, without a prescription or a prescription bottle for it

That possession arrest led to the search warrant, which led to the cocaine possession charge.

So yea, absolutely nothing redundant about the charges.

I don't get it, why Easy E did'nt fire him already? He screwed several shows, he is drug addictive and criminal and WWE will not hire him, he is waist of money, big money.

Does anybody else just want this fucking case to be over with, one way or the other?

So putting somebody in prison for a decade is NOT a "waste of life" because...?

1) Learn how to spell out words. Using letters to replace words doesn't make cool and hip. It makes you an assclown.

2) Hardy fucking sucks as a wrestler. Try being a fan of someone who actually as talent.

3) Stop sniffing your sisters panties. At 38 years old, you should be well past that phase in your life.
