It looks like an interesting piece. I'll definitely be picking this up. I just wonder how they will cover his 1st World Championship win, though.

Randy Orton beat ??? for his first world title reign.
Only gonna see that match on Youtube it seems.

No DVD will have to compete with Evolution of a Predator. The title alone will ensure that it does a minimum of sales.

Rumor has it that Shawn Michaels will be CGIed into the first World Championship match, making Shawn a five-time World Champion.

I've seen better stuff on the best of XPW dvd set!

No "Best of RNN Updates" as part of the features? Are they trying to hide the fact that Randy Orton used to have a personality?
In any case, since WWE doesn't get a penny of my money anymore, I'm hoping the documentary portion ends on Netflix (streaming).

That match with Benoit sucked anyway, and one of Orton's best from just a month before that is on here (Vengeance, vs. Edge).
As one who finds Orton boring, I have to admit the match selection looks pretty darn good.

Couldnt care less about this DVD, just wanted to comment on the fact that the title suggests that its a doc about an enthusiastic paedophile!

I think the absence of Orton's 1st title reign is only partially about not giving Benoit DVD time. It's also about hiding the fact that Orton's face turn the day after winning the title was one of the most misguided booking decisions in WWE history. It wouldn't be until Orton turned heel and jumped to SD that he began to get his career anywhere near on track again.

Aside from the awful I Quit match with Cena, this looks solid.

No chapter listing for "Going to the Papers Cuz I Had To" ? FAIL!!!

WTF is with people that apparently they can no longer hear the word "predator" without having to make comments about pedophiles and shit? That's like not being able to hear anyone talk about alcohol without thinking, "Date rape!" That's not a director correlation. Grow up.

Sounds like a Shark Week special or a Nat Geo show about bears.

This DVD is guaranteed to generate zero entertainment value from its featured subject. For serious collectors only (to leave on the shelf after viewing once).

I wish it had a couple of his good face matches from 04. Not all of them involved Benoit.
That match with Christian where he leaped over him and then hit the RKO was a great match as I remember.

Orton vs Cena
Cena vs Orton

I'm surprised there isn't a disk dedicated to headlocks.
Posted By: #Imjustsayin... (Guest) on August 02, 2011 at 09:15 PM
Hell yeah. They included Orton's Vengeance match with Edge from Vengeance from 2004 for the Intercontinental Championship. That match is a classic. Yep. I think I'm picking up this DVD set.

You might as well throw disc three in the garbage. Orton sucks now.
Posted By: Guest#0360 (Guest) on August 03, 2011 at 12:40 AM
It says a lot about RKO that a compilation of his very best matches struggles to reach mediocrity.
Posted By: Pillman9mm (Guest) on August 03, 2011 at 03:50 AM
I'd be interested in watching the story but it is a shame they don't at least tell the story of the first world championship. Its not like Benoit goes over or anything, Benoit loses. So what if they included the match and some commentary by Orton? Will they be exploiting the situation? No of course not. Grow a set of balls WWE; especially for Orton, one of you're biggest draws.

I wont even bother downloading this. Orton is a joke. All his gimmicks have been absolute fails in my opinion. He moves like a woman so the called him a viper. hes got a face like a slapped ass so they said he had anger management problems and now he supoosedly hears voices? not even a child should be dumb enough to buy that shit. "oh no hes goin to that place in his head.." really? ffs.
