Kurt Angle Says He Was Not Drunk

– Kurt Angle was arrested on Sunday morning for DWI, and he plans to fight it. Angle’s lawyers had the following to say about the situation…

“We understand Kurt will be entering a plea of not guilty in response to any infractions and/or offenses.”

Angle feels he was framed, and also feels that the police are simply trying to make an example out of him. Angle’s lawyers also state that he passed his breathalyzer test. It should be noted that a driver can be arrested for driving under the influence if the officer feels that the driver’s ability to navigate the road has been impaired, similar to the Matt Hardy situation.
