"All we know is that it'll be a brand new day for watching the greatest matches, moments and Superstars in sports-entertainment history."

Kind of sad when the company doesn't even know much about its own network.

I'm a lil excited about the WWE Network. Personally I think it has the potential to be great and quite honestly I think a wrestling network for wrestling fans is long overdue in my opinion.

WWE network is going to lose so much money, and it's really sad, because if WWE sinks at this point, all of professional wrestling in the US is pretty much dead.

Read this as "Jerry Lawler and The Road Dogg will be working at KFC in Pigeon Forge, TN."

On the vingette, it showed the banners for some of the pay-per-views. That seemed odd to me because I wouldn't think that these ppvs would be on a WWE network as apposed to regular Pay-per-view.

Do they still go to black and white when people bleed on the old shows?

Posted By: Guest#6296 (Guest)  on September 06, 2011 at 05:08 PM

Here's hoping they have a late night program that's rated R, with blood, violence, cussing, tits & ass the way Raw used to be. Or they could put it in prime time say....oh during TNA, and crush that pathetic circus.

They'll show classic PPVs.

I wonder how much the WWE Programming is going to cost.

Posted By: Guest#7897 (Guest)  on September 06, 2011 at 07:29 PM

I know they have a lot of old programming, but are they gonna fill the primetime schedule with Raw, Smackdown and Superstars? Then what? Diva Search and Tough Enough? What about USA and SyFy? Are they gonna abandon their TV partners? If the network folds, what then? Reruns of X-Files and Voyager?

Posted By: Guest#3359 (Guest)  on September 06, 2011 at 07:48 PM

And yet TNA wasn't even in the top 100 rating TV programs. Maybe not even top 200....

I have a feeling WWE Network is going to replace WWE Classics OnDemand, which already airs PPVs something like 3-4 months after they are held (right now, they have Extreme Rules from early May), except that WM isn't aired until the next WM.

The question is, will it end up being on every cable and satellite company's premium tiers? (I don't think Vince is stupid enough to insist that it be included in Basic Cable - "if you need room, get rid of Spike!")

Read the sentence as a whole. They clearly meant "Brand New Day". But nice try.
