Yea, FUCK due process!

Guilty until proven innocent, and damned be those who think the rules of evidence and the right to face one's accusers are somehow 'relevant' in today's American society.

American's don't have time for that shit, just put people in jail and forget about them, hell, it works in Iran and North Korea, right?

Shit, China has held entire villages responsible for the actions of one person...Not a bad idea, eh?

The only question is, which community would be executed for Jeff Hardy's crime? Orlando? Cameron? Someone has to pay for this, right?

I mean, it doesn't really matter that this hasn't even gone to trial, that no evidence has been entered and no verdict rendered...the motherfucker is guilty because you don't like him.

RIGHT to a speedy trial is like the RIGHT to remain silent. Just because you have the right to a speedy trial doesn't mean you have to seek to get one. Jeff has no reason to speed things up. It doesn't help his case to do so.
