Various News: Triple H's Least Favorite Guest Host, Lance Storm Interview
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 09.09.2011

- Triple H did an interview with Moviefone.com about Inside Out. When they asked about his least favorite guest hosts he noted Dennis Miller and Al Sharpton, saying Vince McMahon tried to give Miller comedy advice and Sharpton "phoned it in." You can check that out here.

- Lance Storm was on Aftermath this week and discussed a number of topics including whether Storm Wrestling Academy will ever become a WWE developmental territory. Storm said, "Why isn't it one now? "I've had all kinds of different levels of talks for quite a while. We've just never managed to figure out how to make it work. There's always been ongoing conversation. I think they hope I cave in and move to Florida. I think it makes sense to have a developmental territory in Canada. Before Deep South I talked to Vince about it. I'd like to be involved with that level again with WWE." You can check it out here.

Lance Storm was an awesome wrestler. If I wasn't 32 then I would have been honored to go back in time and be trained by him.

I feel that all guest hosts played vital roles in maintaining a certain freshness to the weekly episodes of Raw, I don't have any grudges for those celebs that may have found it difficult to adjust to, as it was their first time & everyone deserves a second chance, it's great that the wrestling world is able to have celebrities be apart of their companies, which is why a new age of wrestling is upon us. A major Thank You is indeed in order to both TNA & WWE, as without them, the wrestling world for us fans would cease to exist.

I can't stand Triple H but damn it if he isn't one intelligent guy. Good interview. He knows these WWE movies are complete crap but he sells them honestly while still putting them over. Always "working". He's going to bury CM Punk at NOC by the bye. *sad face*

I don't remember Miller honestly, but Sharpton was godawful. He didn't give a shit about being there.

Even a smart wrassler is too dumb for Miller. Just like all fans.

I got news for ya, Triple H....All those Guest Hosts phoned it in!

Dennis Miller is an accomplished comedian and WWE always has awful comedy on their shows. He was probably insulted less talent people were telling him how to do what he is famous for.

Vince McMahon tried to give Miller comedy advice
----------------------
Let me guess, he probably told him "More dick and fart jokes." I suppose that explains why he didn't really give a sh*t, being told how to do your job by someone who doesn't know what they're doing is kind of insulting.

The Flame was the greatest guest host skit ever! He kicked that damn midget right in the throat...best moment ever on Raw.

Seriously, he didn't mention anything about Dennis Miller being bad. You missed the whole point of what he said.

Lance Storm should be an official trainer for WWE. Whoever trained David Otunga should be fired.

Vince McMahon tried giving Dennis Miller, a comedy legend, advice on comedy?

Really?

Really...?

Two things:

1) You don't tell a comedian how to do their job, especially if you're not a comedian yourself.

2) You don't tell a comedian of Dennis Miller's caliber how to do their job.

They should've known better before booking Miller on Raw. It's not his fault that his material went over most of the audience's head. And remembering that episode, he obviously knew that he went over their heads, and he didn't care.
