Jim Ross Nixes Possible Hogan/Savage Matchup At WrestleMania
Posted by Mike Watters on 09.27.2003

When asked during the WWE's Internet call in program Byte This!, WWE Talent Relations guru Jim Ross commented on then possibility of a match between Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage. However, Ross all but kyboshed the idea of the real life rivals having a match at this year's sold out WrestleMania XX at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Ross claimed that the match would not be happening, stating "he(Ross) wasn't interested".

Vince McMahon apparently is still angry, especially with Savage, over past dealings, and is not likely to forgive in the near future.
