What’s the deal?

Bad news. But hopefully they play up the neck/neck brace angle to further Chiristians chicken-shittedness.

God damn it, that sucks.

Totally agree with this. But since a broken/sprained ankle involves a huge limp, the only way they could pull this off properly is to have him become an annoying mouth piece in a wheelchair a la Vickie Guerrero from a couple of years back

I thought it would have been a problem with his shoulders since he's been carrying that show for so long.

That wouldn't be so bad. This could actually end up helping Sheamus as a monster badass face if they play it properly.

This story isn't about Randy Orton.

Replace Christian with Drew, including the Sheamus feud, that would help both.

I concur. There is nothing about Randy Orton in this headline.

All three of you guys are right. this article isn't about Randy Orton. It's about the guy who's been carrying Smackdown.

What's Smackdown? Isn't that the show that used to be on Thursday nights on UPN? Damn, that used to be a great show.

2. Randy Orton (WWE) - 87
3. Mark Henry (WWE) - 83
4. Alberto Del Rio (WWE) – 74
5. Christian (WWE) – 69
5. R-Truth (WWE) – 69
Look at that Christian has been as good as RTruth this year. Guess Christian is really not carrying Smackdown after all.

Christian gets injured more than Mr. Anderson and Bautista

Perfect way to play up the Barrett/Christian team. Push Barrett in time for a title push over Christian now. I know Christian doesn't mind helping younger more deserving guys to try to get the belt. I'd rather see Barrett have a title over Henry or Orton anyday of the week... Neither Orton nor Henry are any good at cutting promos as they are now.

Bummer. WWE seems reluctant to give him the ball to run with as it is. Really tough to make a case for them to do so when he keeps hurting himself. Get well soon, Christian.
