Ouch, brother...
Details of Hulk Hogan's divorce settlement with Linda have finally surfaced, years after the actual divorce took place.
Linda apparently got 70% of Hogan's liquid assets and 40% ownership of his companies. She also got $3 million in a property settlement and $7.44 million of the $10.4 million that he had in the bank. She also got several cars: a Mercedes Benz, a Cadillac Escalade, a Corvette, a Rolls-Royce, and others. All in all, Linda scored about $30 million in assets from the settlement.
What the fuck did she ever do to deserve all of that? As big of a piece of shit as Hulk is he is few inches shorter from his compressed spine from 30 years of leg drops. Watch the man try to walk for fuck's sake.

I think this is bull, yea hogans a douche and his kid should be locked up but still the itch had two get legs and hands America its time to change women have rights now they are not dependent legally on men. I didn't even want to read this cause i knew HoKogan got raped but damn this is just highway robbery. A judge somewhere really signed off on this shit?
Hogan you should sue your divorce lawyer for reparations for that travesty.

There really need to get some laws passed to divide the money from a marriage in a just way. If the gender roles were reversed the judge would laugh at the guy for thinking he would get this much. Linda didn't really do anything to warrant that amount of money.
If a rich guy abuses the wife and they divorce I would understand giving her money due to the emotional and physical abuse but Hogan only cheated on her and she showed no problems going out with a 20 year old dude. She obviously wasn't hurt in any way so why would any logical judge even award her this much.

Good Grief, 30 million dollars? The only thing that skank deserved was a fist in the face. I may not care for Hogan nowadays but he deserves better than that. But it's typical, the woman gets everything as always and is portrayed as the innocent victim despite being nothing but a shrieking banshee. Makes me glad I have no plans on getting married.

I think this is some serious bullshit and a very good example of prejudice of our justice system. Love or hate the Hulk, he quite literally broke his back (and hips and knees) for all that crap for over 30 years (and is still doing that now when he's near 60), while that bitch sat at the mansion, went to beauty saloons, ordered the maids around and fucked pool boys. And please nobody give me that shit that she "brought up the kids", because if she actually did then she should pay the Hulk monthly considering how much of a fuckups they turned out to be, specially Nicky.

Linda shouldn't have gotten anything other than the clothes on her back and the fact that she did is proof that our divorce laws need to be reformed.
By the way, you aren't guaranteed to be protected from this kind of nonsense if you get a prenup. If a judge decides that your agreement is "unconscionable" in his opinion, he can throw the thing out. The best thing to do is to not get married period unless your would-be wife has more money than you (you won't be able to screw her over as much as a woman with less money can screw you over, but you'll probably get relatively fair treatment when you inevitably get divorced).

I agree completely with the 2nd poster. I just got fleeced in my divorce because the ex is a hairdresser and doesn't have 75% of her income (cash) claimed, so the child support (based on our incomes) was ridiculous. Men are completely over the barrel when it comes to their rights in a divorce settlement.

This is as much Hogan's doing as Linda's. I bet she has some dirt on him (if I had to guess, I'd bet perjury during early 90s Steroid Scandal) and he's paying her to keep quiet. He could have fought for a more equal settlement, but from all accounts, Hogan wanted to end this a quickly, and quietly as possible.

or maybe Linda got all the money to keep the family of the kid her son nearly killed from getting it all......I could see the Hogans being sleazy enough to screw that kid and his family in any way they could....and behind it all is some sleaze bag lawyer who will be able to retire because of it....

Asset protection? I was under the impression Nick was also Linda's son, and therefore she and Hulk could and still can be sued equally.
