Julie Hart Speaks Out on Bret Hart's Auto-Biography
Posted by George H. Sirois on 12.10.2011

- Julie Hart (Bret's ex-wife) has posted her thoughts regarding Bret's auto-biography on her website.

"There is no need to bash and slash him. I think we're both too old and hopefully I'm mature enough to write something nice. Oh, and now that we have to spend time in the same room with Kyra Beans, perhaps we should try to lay down arms or at least the kitchen weapons. However, there have been times where I felt like giving him a good whack on the head with the soup ladle! But back then tempers were a bit high. I'm okay to call myself out on being a bit of a bitch and a tad crabby… but I've grown since them times and I've dumped that former identity."

She has every right to be crabby. The guy probably slept with anything with two legs.

"I've dumped that former identity"

can't say you dumped the identity while your last name is still hart

I feel sorry for her and the years she wasted waiting around for Bret when he was on the road. Cheating on your wife is one of the worse things a man can do and then to have it plastered all over a book for the world to read.

Good to hear the Hart family is finally making amends in their life. With age you let bitterness go...

She had good reason to be crabby. That guy was often a major a**hole

Bret Hart's book goes like this. Wrestling, wrestling, cheating on wife, I'm the greatest wrestler, wife shouted me, cheated on wife, lied to wife, cheated on wife to feel better, i hate the kliq, cheated on wife, Owen died, wcw is awful.
One of the only times I've finished an autobiography actively disliking the author. The guy is an awful human being.

Yeah why does she have a website?

Julie Hart had every right to be a bitch when Bret was out there cheating on his wife.

Ted DiBiase (Sr.) also slept around. The difference was that Ted focused on how remorseful he was, while Bret focused on physical details of how hot his conquests were.

To those that bash Julie Hart for keeping the Hart name... how do you know she does it for the fame? Perhaps she wanted to keep the same surname her four children have. Besides, Julie took that name long before Bret ever became famous.

just what i was thinking!

Cheating on ones wife is a sign of other deep emotional issues that require extensive counseling and the willingness of the person that committed the adultery to admit their wrong doing and take steps to rectify the situation and make amends with the people they hurt.
It requires pushing aside the ego and asking for help, things I don't know that Bret (or most men) is willing to do.

I admire Julie for being so nice and not shooting on him, like others do, just to get a spot. And you people could show more respect to this lady, instead talking trash!
