Over work done on his home...
- John Cena has been hit with a lien by a roofing company who claims he hasn't paid them. The company, who did work on Cen'a Florida home, filed the lien for $15,214.92. If Cena doesn't pay, they could go after the house itself.

As someone who owns a construction company, liens are just a tactic, and not always as a means of last resort. But make no mistake, if the bill had been paid promptly and on time, no lien would have been filed.

More than an over sight ot be sure. If theyre putting a lien on it then its been at least 90 days, and probably 6 months worth of them chasing the guy down and looking for the money.
getting money out of liens is very difficult as it is. getting the house is a pipe dream. More than likely Cene will settle it for 50-60% of the bill plus court costs. So at best his accountant is a dumb ass, at worst he is a shot taking shit looking to screw someone out of money....
he was taught by the best though, Vince should be proud.

I looked at the magazines with his face on them and looked back 20 times and he stood still for several seconds then started laughing because he realized I was doing in intentionally, he offered an autograph but I said no thanks but he insisted and said that was funny.

Actually, it says a lot more about you than it does Cena and the WWE.
Hustle has never meant that in the world of athletics, and the fact that you don't know that just proves that you have spent more of your life on you ass in front of a babysitter television and computer screen than doing anything productive.

It is no big deal. Shit happens. Plus, he will probably pay off every bill he has once his paycheck for Mania 28 arrives, or even before that. Cena will be set for life after April 2012.

This is not a big deal. It was probably a dispute over the bill (i.e they quoted him $X and then gave him a bill for $X + $15,000). Trades people have 45 days (or more depending on the jurisdiction) to file a lien for non-payment of work. From here it goes to court or arbitration and a settlement or judgement is reached. The homeowner doesn't really need to do anything until they sell the house, at which time they need to setlle the lien to close the sale.
Given Cena's likely net worth, this is a drop in the bucket amount and he probably didn't pay it as a matter of principle. Tradespeople often try to screw people with money.
Either that, or it's an elaborate work that is part of his upcoming heel turn. Cena will be feuding with a new character names Ron the Roofer after Wrestlemania.
