WWE News: Jericho's Lite Brite Jacket, Twitter Uses WWE, Grisham Has Kidney Stone
Posted by Ashish on 01.12.2012
More Thursday news...
- Chris Jericho said on his Twitter that his "Lite Brite" jacket was made by Jonathan A. Logan. Logan also has made all of David Lee Roth's costumes in the new Van Halen video.
- A lawyer for Twitter used WWE as an example of unfair practices by Google yesterday. They said that when someone searched @WWE in Google, Twitter wasn't the first result on the search page. The two companies had a contract in place for search listings that expired in July.
- Former WWE announcer Todd Grisham said on ESPNNews yesterday that he currently has a kidney stone.

Huh? Why should it come up with twitter? I search @WWE I would think WWE.COM would be the first result.

What if they searched "twitter @wwe"

Yes, how dare Google serve up www.wwe.com as its first result and the WWE's Wikipedia article second! (especially since Google generally ignores special characters and punctuation when searching)
Besides, anyone who's searching for WWE's Twitter feed would, if they were too stupid to figure out what the URL was, would most likely do a search for "wwe twitter" rather than "@WWE".

Anyone else miss when all this site reported was when a random midcard wrestler's music was used whenever a player went to the penalty box during a AAA hockey game?

Jericho's jacket > all other jackets in history

Still remember when they were selling the "Lite Bright" Double J jacket on WWF Shopzone. I think it was $300 or some crazy price. I wonder if they'll have a Jericho jacket replica eventually, would be fun to wear for Halloween. Or Christmas.

My sister has 7 kidney stones. But she isn't making an announcement about it. (And there's a Dragonball joke in there someplace.)

LOL..that's what someone else said, that Jericho's jacket was a take on JJ's old jacket. LOL. He even brought out some classic clips of double J in his gear. Maybe that's what Jericho is referring to...begin the trolling..WWE buying out Jeff Jarrett...haha.

Umm, Twitter lawyer, if the agreement EXPIRED, then Google did nothing to violate that agreement.
