- To start the show, OVW Fan Advocate Terry Boddie came out to the ring to speak with OVW Women's Champion Taeler Hendrix, who didn't have an opponent for the night. The Mascagni Family (Rudy, Ali, Jesse, and Marcus) came out. They told Boddie to leave the ring, then boxed Taeler in. They talked themselves up and then told Taeler they needed to join the Mascagni family. Rudy then said that he wanted to have a one-on-one with Taeler... but not in the ring. At that point, Dylan Bostic, Paredyse, and "Smooth" Johnny Spade came out to chase the group off, then challenge them to a series of matches.
- Jason Wayne, Jimbo Onoo, Elvis Pridemoore, and Sean Conway defeated Adam Revolver, Christopher Silvio, and the Assassins by submission when Jason Wayne made one of the Assassins submit with a Regal stretch.
- Raphael Constantine defeated Lennox Norris by pinfall with a roll-up pin.
- Paredyse and Dylan Bostic defeated OVW Southern Tag Team Champions Marcus Anthony and Jesse Godderz by disqualification when the Mascagni Family interfered.
- Jose Del Barrio defeated Mohamad Ali Vaez by disqualification when the Mascagni Family interfered.
- Anarquia and Raul LaMotta defeated Bolin Services 2.0 (w/ Christopher Bolin and Mickey McMichaels) by pinfall when Anarquia caught Coleman with the hangman's neckbreaker.
- "Smooth" Johnny Spade defeated OVW Heavyweight Champion Rudy Switchblade by disqualification when, again, the Mascagni Family interfered. After the match, Jose, Paredyse, and Dylan Bostic came out to fight off the Family, and Director of Operations Trailer Park Trash made the match an 8-man tag match.
