CM Punk Says He’s Not a Role Model
January 18, 2012 | Posted by
– CM Punk recently said that he doesn’t want to be viewers as a role model, even if he might make a good one. Punk made the comments in a recent Arizona Republic interview promoting Monday’s Raw.
“I’m the straight-edge guy,” he said. “I’m a damn good guy to look up to. But, I approach it the way Charles Barkley approached it. I’m not a role model. Everybody should choose their own path in life.”
When asked about whether he’s worried about the length of his career considering the physical demands of the business he said, “Sure. I don’t want to be broke. But, they always say it’s not about how much money you make. It’s about how much money you save.”
