The Huffington Post Covers John Cena's Make-A-Wish Milestone

It's a big deal...
The Huffington Post has covered John Cena's Make-A-Wish milestone which he was honored for this week.
The foundation dedicated a conference room to Cena prior to the RAW taping in Phoenix on Monday. The video also has a local news interview with Cena about his work with the organization.
Love, hate or ignore the character, but Cena carries himself like a champ, whenever he steps outside the WWE to represent the company and the industry in public.

This is one of the reasons Cena won't turn heel for a long time. Not until kids stop requesting Cena for Make a Wish, and I doubt this will happen any time soon. Heck, even HHH is still doing Make a Wish which means that even 10 years from now, Cena will be one of the guys kids want to meet.

Like him or not you have to give him props for his work with Make-a-Wish.

This is why Cena is the top guy. This is why Cena is a face. This is why both these things will be true for a long time to come.

This. I can't bring myself to truly hate the man cuz of stuff like this. Finally wrestling gets some positive mainstream press coverage. And you know it's big when hipster sites like the Huffington Post report on it.

Haters can hate but the guy is a class act.

THIS is why Mr. John Cena will NEVER go full blown heel again.

Everyone is so quick to jump on the "Cena Sucks" bandwagon and poke fun at the "Five Moves of Doom", but they don't realise the sheer amount of work this man puts in. No one forces him to do it, he just does. Mark of a man. How many haters would give up some of their personal time to bring some joy to children who bravely fight adversity.

This is why Cena is #1. You don't see that selfish prick the Rock making time for sick kids.

Say what you will about his sub-mediocre wrestling ability, stuff like this makes up for it a thousand times over. He makes kids with shitty lives happy for a little while. They deserve it, and I applaud him for being willing to spend the time.

The kids request athletes a lot more than movie stars. So it makes sense for Cena to get more wishes than Rock.

Why bother to ask for the Rock when you he will only show up via satellite.
