Trish compares Natalya's gimmick to Molly Holly's "junk in the trunk"...
Trish Stratus recently spoke about WrestleMania 28, the John Morrison "cold shoulder" incident and more. Check out the highlights:
On what she would have booked for WrestleMania 28: "Personally, I would've loved to see Natalya and Beth go and run towards ‘Mania. If you'd asked me a year ago what I would book for ‘Mania this year, I would've had Beth and Nattie run together as a team and I would've done the Triple H/Batista angle where I would've had [Natalya] turned and at the end, we'd have those two at WrestleMania. To me that would've been an epic moment. Maybe that would've been a good time for Nattie to win the championship back or something like that."
On the John Morrison "cold shoulder" incident: "It probably blew up more than it did between us. It was one of those moments where he was straight up saying, ‘I just really a fan of you coming in', and that's fine, everybody's entitled to their opinion. It's just unfortunate that his personal feelings translated to our match and that's where I had the problem. We had that moment after Raw where that cold shoulder happened and I said to him, ‘It's too bad that that happened'. I shook hands, I said, ‘It was a pleasure working with you. Personally I'm a fan. I love the idea of John Morrison and Trish Stratus as a team. I think it would've been cool'. If I go back, if we had been on the same page with things, we could've created some awesome moments between us. Like when Carlito and I were a tag team, we had similar styles and we got some really neat, memorable moments. I think John Morrison and I -- that's what I was excited about doing, something like this. To me, it's just unfortunate that we couldn't get on the page. I wish I had known he was totally on the other side of the page and maybe [there] would've been a different approach altogether, rather than finding out live on Raw. [Laughs] But we're all entitled to our opinions, it's one of those things - you don't miss what you never had."
On whether he would have done the same to a male legend: "Maybe he thought he could do that a little bit more to me than he could to one of the male Superstars. Maybe there is a double-edged sword there. But who knows? It's fine. We move on."
On Nattie's farting gimmick: "I haven't seen it so I can't comment on it directly, but hopefully it's one of those things where it just gets people talking and it's kind of like the Molly Holly thing where [we had] the ‘junk in the trunk' [storyline]. People were like, ‘I can't believe they're doing that to her', but at the end of the day, it got people interested, it got people invested, it got people into what they're doing and you have something to talk about."
Morrison's mental state is disturbing. He didn't need to act like her #1 fan but he could be a man and show a little respect.
Sadly Melina has destroyed his manhood. Obliterated it.
Cue the pathetic and bitter Anti-Trish comments.

Beth vs Natalya could have been great, especially with the current gimmick. Greatest finish to a Wrestlemania match ever:
Beth hoists Natalya in the air for a Glam Slam, but Natalya counters it by farting in her face. She falls on top of Beth for the 1, 2, 3.

"It got people talking" is a stupid excuse to do just about anything. People shoot up high schools to get people talking. People say homosexuality is a mental illness to get people talking. People dress up as Kane and pretend to have sex with a dead cheerleader to get people talking.

Morrison or NITRO, that morrison crap is so lame. He was on a failure of a tag team that went no where after mercury got his face broke by fat hardy. Morrison was a failure of a character. He had no mic skills, charisma, or personality (of his own). Be lucky that Trish even talked to you ya wannabe poser!

I was pretty disgusted by the "Molly is fat" gimmick. Don't think it was a good idea to bring that up as a reason to keep the fart gimmick.

Morrison was doing fine after the "cold shoulder incident". The very next PPV he was in the main event title match, does that sound like someone being punished, he also didn't even take the losing pinfall in that match. Next he was out for a couple of months with a neck injury. When he came back his contract was expiring soon and he did not want to resign, that is when he started losing every match he was in. Also around this time Melina got released and tried to come back to Raw the very next week like she still worked there, I'm sure that didn't help him at all.

Not really. Morrison was headed nowhere either way. In fact, he was still in the ME of the following PPV(even though he was just a throw in to do spots Cena and Miz couldn't do). The guy ended up burying himself when he was making comments against the company when Melina was canned. That's when it really went downhill and jobbed to ADR in 30 secs and stuff. That and failing miserably in his feud with Truth. They kept pushing him, but he just never connected with the crowd(no charisma).
