WWE News: Update On Christian’s Return, Miz’s Status in the Company, More

Plus some WWE.com stats…
- Christian was originally supposed to return this week on Smackdown, but did not appear at the tapings. Word is now that he will return to TV after the Extreme Rules PPV, and be featured in the World Title Picture.
- At this time, there is no risk of the Miz being released by WWE. That being said, WWE is still expected to release several superstars in the coming weeks.
- WWE.com had 12.3 million unique visitors in March, which is down 13% from 14.2 million in March 2011.
- The WWE Shop website averaged 548 merchandise orders per day in March, down a sharp 58% from 1,300 orders per day in March 2011. WWE shipped approximately 246,000 DVD units for March 2012.
