WWE News: Goldust Says Vince McMahon Turned Down His Idea, Triple H on WWE Magazine
-Goldust told the Pro Wrestling Torch Livecast that he suggested to WWE that he face Cody Rhodes at Wresltemania XXVIII.
He said he gave his idea to Triple H and the creative writers committee, then Vince McMahon for approval. McMahon turned down the idea.
Goldust said he understood the decision, since its Vince’s company, but he thought the fight “could have been money” if it was added. He says he would still like to have the match if he ever returns to WWE for a sixth run.
-Triple H is on the cover of the August 2012 issue of WWE Magazine, which you can find here. The headline reads: “THE KING OF RAW – WILL TRIPLE H REIGN OVER BROCK LESNAR?“
