Now that everything is completely clear like it should have been from day one,I will release the following statement regarding NE Wrestling. I will be in Fishkill,N.Y.on Sept 22nd for a meet and greet only for Northeast Wrestling only if I have my doctors clearance,update soon HH
UPDATE: Several readers sent PWInsider letters by Hogan's agent's company, Prince Marketing, from July 10 that advertise his appearance for NEW.
Here's the letter in full:

Wrestling with the Stars
Hulk Hogan, the biggest star in the history of professional wrestling, will be part of a special meet and greet with all of his fans beginning during "Wrestling with the Stars" on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. Unlike past signings, fans will have the opportunity to meet Hulk in the order they purchased their tickets. The earlier you purchase them the earlier you meet him. No need to wait on line for hours, with numbers being called to let fans know when they should get on line. As a result, fans can experience all of the activities at the stadium and meet the other superstars instead of waiting on multiple hour-long lines. Northeast Wrestling wasn't the only one to falsely advertise Hogan, as his own agent also advertised the appearance.
Original- Hulk Hogan has stated that he will not be appearing for Northeast Wrestling. The promotion has been advertising Hogan for their arena show on September 22nd in New York as the featured attraction for the show (in a non-wrestling role). Hogan tweeted Thursday night:
Northeastwrestling on oww forums is very deceptive,I never signed to wrestle for any of these independents,won't be there on Sept 22. HH.
NEW's most recent tweet on Wednesday promoted Hogan, reading:
Hulk Hogan's surgery went well and he will be ready for Sept. 22nd in Fishkill, N.Y.
