Big Change Confirmed to ROH Creative

According to Pwinsider.com, Hunter “Delirious” Johnson has taken over as the head of Ring of Honor’s creative direction effective immediately. The ROH locker room was informed of this on Saturday.

Jim Cornette and ROH came to a mutual decision on the change. Cornette will remain with the company in a backstage role and will assist Johnson on production and logistics. The company did an angle Saturday to write Cornette out as a character. The angle is that an irate Jay Lethal, in the fallout of the no contest with Kevin Steen in Rahway, attacked Cornette backstage and injured him.
