- Smash Wrestling has booked ROH champion Kevin Steen vs. DGUSA champion Johnny Gargano for their January 6th show in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Absolute Intense Wrestling has signed DGUSA champion Johnny Gargano vs. Michael Elgin for their November 23rd event at Turner Hall in Cleveland, Ohio.
- The producers of a new independent wrestling video game project called "Pro Wrestling X" have signed Lance Storm as a content consultant. If the project is fully funded through a Kickstarter campaign, Storm and wrestlers from his Storm Wrestling Academy will film wrestling moves to be animated for the game.
