Various News: WWE Interested In El Generico, Eddie Guerrero Profiled, More
– WWE officials are interested in El Generico. For those who are unaware, El Generico is a Canadian independent wrestler whose gimmick is that he’s a luchador from Mexico.
– 64-year-old retired wrestler Black Bart is having surgery to remove his gall bladder. Bart has appeared in several companies during his 27-year career, including the World Wrestling Federation in the late 1980s.
– Eddie Guerrero is today’s “Superstar Spotlight” on WWE.com. He died seven years ago today after being found unconscious in his Minneapolis, Minnesota hotel room by Chavo Guerrero. Chavo tried CPR but Eddie was pronounced dead when paramedics arrived. He was 38. An autopsy revealed that he died of acute cardiac failure due to underlying Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular disease.
– Former WWE wrestlers Goldust and Tommy Dreamer have been announced to appear at the Wales Comic Con on Sunday, April 28, 2013 in Wrexham, United Kingdom. You can find more information here.
