EVOLVE 18 Main Event Change Confirmed

- Dragon Gate USA/Evolve has officially confirmed the previously-hinted at change for the main event of EVOLVE 18. The main event, which was Johnny Gargano vs. Jon Davis, has now been changed to Gargano vs. Sami Callihan for the DGUSA Title. Davis has been moved into a mini-tournmanet where the winners advance to a four-way freestyle match later in the show. The change had been previously rumored but not confirmed until now.

The full card for the December 8th iPPV, which takes place in Voorhees, New Jersey, is below:.

* DGUSA Title Match: Johnny Gargano vs. Sami Callihan
* El Generico & Samuray Del Sol vs. Super Smash Bros.
* Four-way Freestyle Match: Featuring winners of the below matches
* Jon Davis vs. Chuck Taylor
* A.R. Fox vs. Tony Nese
* Jigsaw vs. Rich Swann
* Masada vs. Papadon
