A busy weekend…
Friday, December 7
-- SLA (Alton, Ill.): The St. Louis Anarchy promotion will feature Davey Richards in the main event. Also scheduled are T.J. Perkins, A.C.H., and Arik Cannon.
-- PWS (Metuchen, N.J.): Pro Wrestling Syndicate is advertising Matt Hardy vs. Kevin Matthews in a casket match as their main event. Also scheduled are Goldust, Tito Santana,Honky Tonk Man, Jerry Lynn, Shelly Martinez, Sami Callihan, Blue Meanie, A.R. Fox, and several other independent wrestlers.
Saturday, December 8
-- NXT (Live Oak, Fla.): Ricky Steamboat is the advertised special guest for this weekend's WWE Developmental house show in Florida.
-- RCW (San Antonio, Tex.): River City Wrestling is advertising a main event of LAX members Hernandez & Homicide with Chavo Guerrero in a six-man tag main event.
-- TCW (Clarksville, Ark.): Hacksaw Jim Duggan is scheduled for the main event of Traditional Championship Wrestling's "Holiday Homecoming 2" show. Also advertised is Lance Archer (Lance Hoyt).
-- PWX (Orlando, Fla.): Pro Wrestling Extreme is advertising Steve Corino vs. Greg "The Hammer" Valentine in the show main event.
Sunday, December 9
-- WWE (Norfolk, Va.): The annual Tribute to the Troops TV taping is Sunday night at the Norfolk Scope Arena. The TV taping is open to all military personnel and families for free.
