Update on Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio Being Written Off of WWE TV
Posted by Larry Csonka on 12.20.2012

- Sin Cara was attacked by the Shield on Tuesday's edition of WWE Smackdown, which was a way to write him off WWE TV. Cara has been working through a knee injury, and now needs time off to deal with it. At this time, it has not been determined how severe the knee injury is.

- Mysterio suffered an "off camera attack from the Shield," but was actually not in the building. Mysterio is not injured and his departure from WWE television is said to be related to the confidential family situation that kept him off TV earlier this month. Mysterio flew in to work TLC and Raw, and then returned home. At this time, there is no timetable for his return.
