Dan Severn Announces MMA Retirement

It was reported yesterday that Dan Severn (101-19-7) has announced his retirement from MMA. He added that he plans to remain active in MMA in other ways, as well as continue his professional wrestling career in 2013 before retiring there too. Severn is a former NWA World Champion, and also had a run in the WWF in the mid-90s, including a feud with another MMA star, Ken Shamrock.
