Linda Hogan Charged with DUI, Faces Jailtime

Stemming from her October arrest...
- TMZ reports that Linda Hogan has been officially charged with DUI stemming from her arrest in October.
Linda was stopped by police in Malibu when she was caught speeding with a blood alcohol level of .084, just over the legal limit in California. The LA County District Attorney has charged Linda with two misdemeanor counts of DUI. She was also hit with one count of driving on a suspended license, also a misdemeanor.
Linda Hogan faces a sentence of up to eighteen months in jail. However, it is unlikely she will spend any time in jail since she has no no prior DUI convictions.
