Adam Pearce Returning to the NWA in April

January 24, 2013 | Posted by Larry Csonka

NWA Smoky Mountain has announced that Adam Pearce is coming out of NWA retirement in April as the first competitor in their Smoky Mountain Cup scheduled for Friday, April 26 in Kingsport, Tennessee. The tournament will have 12 wrestlers in six singles matches. The winners advance to a six-way elimination match.

Pearce has retired from the NWA following his loss of the “Seven Levels of Hate” NWA Title series against Colt Cabana. Cabana won the Series in the seventh match, but the NWA did not recognize Cabana as new NWA World Champion.
