– PWX has added Champion Kevin Steen, Davey Richards, Rhett Titus, Mike Bennett and Maria to their Rise of a Champion VIII event on February 23rd.
– Giant Baba passed away on this date in 1999, at the age of 61, due to cancer. Baba is a former NWA champion, and started All Japan Pro Wrestling in 1972.
– There are no classic pro wrestling shows scheduled for ESPN Classic tonight.
