WWE Ally to Oversee All NBC Universal Cable Channels
According to Deadline, NBC Universal head Steve Burke announced today that long time WWE ally Bonnie Hammer will now over-see all cable TV channels in the NBC Universal family. Hammer had previously been in charge of the USA Network and the Syfy Channel. The feeling is that with Hammer in charge of the NBCU cable portfolio that there could be more cross-over appearances for WWE stars on other NBCU cable channels, such as “The Soup” special that aired on E! and USA Network at the end of 2012.
