More News On Wrestlemania XXX Including Possible Venue And More

WWE will announce the location for next year’s Wrestlemania XXX later this month. The event is expected to take place at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, which just hosted the NFL Super Bowl last weekend. The venue has not been confirmed by WWE, but several fans said that local radio stations are already talking about it.

Benz Insider published an article about the possibility of New Orleans hosting Wrestlemania in 2014. One if the big considerations for WWE is a tax credit that has been offered by the city. This is also the reason WWE Studios films a lot of their movies in the city.

There has been some debate in WWE about promoting the show as Wrestlemania 30 or Wrestlemania XXX. Even with the connotations that “XXX” brings up, WWE will be going with roman numerals for next year’s event.
