The Rock’s New Movie Snitch Opens Today

– The Rock’s latest movie, Snitch, opens today. Rock plays a father who goes undercover to expose a drug running operation in exchange for his son’s prison sentence being reduced after he was arrested for accepting a shipment of ecstasy mailed to him by a friend.

The film also stars Susan Sarandon, Jon Bernthal and Michael K. Williams. It opens on 2,511 screens. It has received mixed reviews, but Rock has been praised for his work by USA Today and others.
