- Dolph Ziggler praised both Sean Waltman and Roddy Piper on Twitter.
He wrote about Waltman: "@therealxpac You aren't "old school Raw". You are immortal! You are great in any damn decade! #Icon. Miss you my idol"
He also wrote about Piper: ""#OdSchoolRaw without @R_Roddy_Piper is likeStar Wars without lightsabers. We miss you #Piper."
Both Piper and Waltman re-tweeted those messages. Piper tweeted another from a fan: "If @R_Roddy_Piper isn't at Legends night tonight on Raw, then it's not a legends night at all. It's amateur night. #WWE"
- Steve Austin tweeted the following to Billy Gunn: "@RealBillyGunn Thanks for calling me and letting me know you were gonna be there! #classy"
