WWE News: Update on Martha Hart Lawsuit, Possible AXXESS Issues, More

More news on a busy day…
- Unless a settlement is reached, the Martha Hart lawsuit against WWE for using Owen Hart's name and likeness, as well as personal photos of Hart's family in the "Hart & Soul" WWE DVD, will go to trial in June.
- WWE is looking at some potential set up issues by holding the AXXESS event inside the IZOD Center this year. This is because there will be far less open space for the event and different features inside the Arena than there would be inside a convention center.
- Sgt. Slaughter, Jake Roberts and wrestler turned actor Tyler Mane will be appearing this weekend at the Mad Monster Party horror convention in Charlotte, NC.
