Big Show Says The Chokeslam is Banned Outside of WWE TV
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 04.01.2013

- Big Show revealed today that he is not allowed to perform the chokeslam or even pretend to do so during anything not considered to be a WWE televised event. Show was doing an interview with 106.7 FM in Washington, DC to promote tonight's Raw when he was asked by the hosts to do a chokeslam bit and revealed the news, saying in his "legal voice," "WWE Superstars are not allowed to grab anyone by the neck, simulate chokeholds, or picking up."

He added, "I've gotten enough letters from our legal department, I don't pick anybody up any more or fake Chokeslam."

He also defended The Rock in terms of returning to WWE part-time, saying, "At Rock's certain level now, he doesn't have to really come back and work with us," Show said. "He does it because he loves it."

You can listen to the interview here.
