Various News: ECW Documentary Coming To New York, RAW To Tape In Brooklyn, New Wrestling Promotion
– RAW will hold a taping at The Barclay Center in Brooklyn, New York for the first time ever on Monday, July 15. This will be the day after the Money in the Bank PPV in Philadelphia. The venue previously held the 2012 WWE TLC PPV.
– After its world premiere in Philadelphia, the ECW documentary Barbed Wire City will have a special screening at The Gramercy Theater on East 23rd Street in New York City at 12 Noon. It is $15 for a ticket and will include a post-screening discussion with the filmmakers and those featured in the film. You can get more details here.
– A promotion called Latino World United will debut in New York City on June 8 at the Elmcor Center in Corona, Queens. Extreme Rising ran the venue last year. Advertised talent include Blue Demon Jr., Extreme Tiger, Shane Douglas, Damien 666, Bestia 666, The Maximos, Savio Vega and Chicky Starr.
