On the show, Kaitlyn came out to confront AJ Lee, and when Stephanie McMahon headed up the ramp, she scolded Kaitlyn for interrupting her, and instructed her to never do it again. Word is that this is based on an incident that took place backstage recently where Stephanie McMahon was interrupted, and caused a scene.
