UPDATE 2: John Cena posted the following to Twitter following the house show:

UPDATE: Fan footage shot at WWE’s event in Leeds, England has been revealed, featuring John Cena being examined by a trainer during his match against Alberto Del Rio.

Cena has said he will be at the event in London. He didn’t mention the injury on Twitter, and Alberto Del Rio targeted the same knee with kicks, seemingly indicating that it was part of the match.

Original: – CM Punk appeared to have suffered an injury in a match at a WWE live event in Leeds, England. Punk was in a tag match with Daniel Bryan against Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. When the match was over (Punk and Bryan won), Punk was down in the ring and checked on by both Bryan and the referee. He finally got to his feet and appeared to be fine as he left the ring two minutes before Bryan, who was celebrating with fans.

The injury was confirmed to be legitimate, but Punk is not expected to miss any ring time.

Meanwhile, John Cena may have tweaked his leg during his main event match with Alberto Del Rio. However, some believe it was just part of the match storyline. Cena is working through some nagging pain on the tour, so it’s still possible it could be legit.
