TNA News: Updates On Jeff Jarrett and AJ Styles, TNA PPV Tonight, More
Posted by Joseph Lee on 01.03.2014

- TNA will have their latest One Night Only PPV tonight, which features a tag team tournament. Here is the lineup:

* Petey Williams and Sonjay Dutt vs. Generation Me
* Aces & Eights (Garett Bischoff and Wes Brisco) vs. The Hot Shots (Cassidy Riley and Chase Stevens)*Austin Aries and Bobby Roode vs. The British Invasion (Douglas Williams and Rob Terry)
* Bad Influence (Christopher Daniels and Kazarian) vs. Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez
* Team 3D (Bully Ray and Devon) vs. winners of GenMe vs. Dutt & Williams
* Magnus and Samoa Joe vs. winners of Hot Shots vs. Aces & Eights
* Tournament Finals

- Jeff Jarrett will be able to do anything he wants on January 6, so it's likely that he and Karen Jarrett will take independent bookings at that time. There was a feeling that things changed at the live events over the weekend without Jarrett at the PPVs. Al Snow was the head agent.

- It's believed that AJ Styles decided to take dates with Ring of Honor and stopped negotiating with TNA thanks to the exit of Jarrett.

- The next live episode of Impact will feature the Genesis label and includes Kurt Angle vs Bobby Roode in a steel cage and Sting vs Ethan Carter III. AJ Styles vs Magnus was set for that show, but Styles left the company. TNA is selling VIP packages at ShoptNA.com.

- The TNA shows in New York over the weekend did very well. The show in Westbury, Long Island brought in between 2,000 and 2,100, which is the best the building has had for TNA in some time. TNA is happy with that number since WWE ran Madison Square Garden a few days earlier. The Old School PPV taping in Poughkeepsie, New York was close to a sellout. A lot of that is credited to local promotion thanks to the Tommy Dreamer/House of Hardcore crossover.

- Dreamer has not been offered and has not signed a deal with TNA. He was originally booked for the Old School PPV and was then added to the HArdcore Justice PPV, which he said he didn't know about until he read about it on PWInsider. He was added to the Philadelphia and Long Island shows as a surprise, but those are currently his only dates with the company.

- The Lockdown PPV will be announced in the next few weeks. TNA is finalizing location possibilities.

- The BroMans will be featured in the next issue of Flex magazine in photos from the Bound for Glory PPV, when Mr. Olympia appeared in their corner.

- TNA has released a new Abyss t-shirt along with several new logo shirt designs.
