TNA Not Returning To Universal Studios Any Time Soon
Posted by Joseph Lee on 01.04.2014

TNA will not be taping Impact Wrestling at Universal Studios Orlando any time soon, as they were not able to secury any 2014 dates on the sound stages due to the stages being used for other productions. The last time TNA taped at Universal was for several episodes of Impact at the end of 2013. TNA's press releases called Universal the "hub" of their Impact 365 social media campaign and said the company would have a training center in that market.

The episodes that were taped at Universal Studios will end with this Thursday's edition of Impact. They will then tape several episodes later this month in Huntsville, Alabama, including a live Genesis episode before they go to Europe for their annual tour. They will tape several episodes in Europe as well. For the time being, Impact will be back on the road unless TNA can find a new regular home for the tapings.
