Sandman Challenges George Zimmerman To Boxing Match
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 02.04.2014

- Add a pro wrestling star to the guys who want to kick George Zimmerman's ass in the ring. As you may have heard Zimmerman, who gained noteriety last year when he fatally shot Trayvon Martin and cited Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law in his successful legal defense, has expressed a desire to compete in a celebrity boxing match for promoter Damon Feldman, with a date set for March 1st but no opponent yet. Zimmerman has expressed a desire to fight Kanye West and has seen everyone from The Game and DMX to Michael Lohan offering to get in the ring.

Now, a new press release has announced that The Sandman has expressed interest in stepping into the ring, citing a desire "to get justice for Trayvon Martin & America." Interested fighters, pro wrestlers, celebrities and more who are looking to challenge Zimmerman can contact fightgeorge@hotmail.com.
