New Report Looks at the Possibility of Cable & Satellite Dropping WWE PPVs
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 04.30.2014

- The Motley Fool has a new article looking at the possibility of cable & satellite providers dropping WWE PPVs. As we've previously reported, DirecTV and Dish Network have stopped carrying PPVs and AT&T U-Verse joined them for Extreme Rules, though at this point other providers are still planning on carrying PPV events. WWE has even stopped specifically calling PPVs.

The article, which takes an in-depth look at the WWE Network launch and the potential problems and advantages for both the providers and WWE of PPVs being dropped, can be read at the above link.
